The seminar is free of charge and is aimed at schools who are interested in learning more about how Mathematics and English are taught in Singapore and how those methods can be applied.

Ling has taught primary school for over ten years in Singapore and currently holds the Head of Science post at the Catholic High Primary School in Singapore. Ling teaches mainstream Science and Science for gifted students, as well as Mathematics and English. Ling is an experienced practitioner of the Singapore methods of teaching and will explain how students in Singapore are taught mathematics including the famous model method and other hueristics that are found in the texbooks and workbooks in Singapore.
